An additional £15.00 will be charged to meet at airports and stations allowing 30 minutes for customs etc Cancellations received within 4 hours of any booking will be charged at the minimum rate. ‘Airport meet’ cancellations are charged at the full rate.
DJD Chauffeurhire Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage to luggage or any other items, however such loss or damage may be caused.
As a London PHV operator, we will be responsible for both accepting the booking as well as the provision of the journey

A contract is created between the operator of DJD Chauffeurhire Ltd and the passenger for the booking as well as the provision of the transportation services
The fares for the journey will be collected by the operator or collected by the driver on behalf of the operator, including arrangements where the driver acts as the agent for the operator in collecting fares
Only the operator of DJD Chauffeurhire Ltd can cancel a booking with a passenger, (although the driver may reject an offer from the operator to carry out a particular journey)
The liability in relation to the transportation services belongs to the operator.
In addition to the above, an operator can still sub-contract a booking to another licensed operator but the contract with the operator who initially accepted the booking will remain in force in the usual way.
